This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted scenic water tube and a misted couple tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from your misted scenic tube, make a gradient, Linear, angle 0, Repeats 0.
Effects,Edge Effects, Enhance.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds, 3, 9.
Add a New Layer, add your misted scenic tube.
Using your deformation tool, stretch your tube out until it just about covers your flood filled image.
Add a New Layer, add your misted couple tube, place at the top center.
Change the Blend Mode to screen.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add some text or a brush of your choice, place this over part of the misted couple tube.
Add a new Layer, add your name.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, Instant Button #1.
Save as a jpg.
