Open a new Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted girl tube and a misted flower tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from your misted girl tube, make a gradient Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, FunHouse, Xaggerate, default settings. Effects, Plugins, FunHouse ZigZaggerate, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add you misted flower tube. Effects, Plugins, Mura's Meister, copies, with these settings...
Move this flower image to the top of your flood filled image. Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add your misted girl tube. Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add a brush or text of your choice.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Effects, Plugins, Photo Tools, Frosted Edger White, set on 192, 150.
Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, 3D soft Color #1, default settings.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain, default settings.
Save as a jpg.
