This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a scenic graphic and misted tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from your graphic, make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects,, PhotoEffex, Scanlines, default Settings.
Click on your scenic graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your Flood Filled Image, add a New Layer. Selections, Select All, Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, Default Settings.
Change your Blend Mode to Overlay.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add your misted tube.
Lower the Opacity to about 64.
Add a New Layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers Merge Visible. Selections, select all, Selections, modify, contract by 6, selections invert.
Add a new Layer, while this is still selected. Flood Fill this selection with a light color from your tube.
Effects, Filters Unlimited, Paper Textures, Canvas fine.
Apply an Inner Bevel of your choosing. Select none.
Layers Merge Visible.
Save as a jpg.
