This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a new Image 600 x 400.
Choose a scenic graphic and a flag graphic of your choice and three misted tubes of your choice.
Click on your scenic graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your New Image, Selections, Select all, Edit Paste Into Selection.
Click on your flag graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your New Image, Selections, Select all, Edit Paste Into Selection.
Lower the Opacity to about 28.
Add a New Layer, add your first misted tube, Lower the Opacity to about 35.
Add a New Layer, add your second misted tube, Lower the Opacity to about 64.
Add a New Layer, add your third misted tube, Lower the Opacity to about 56.
Add a new layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer. Using your Selection Tool set to Rectangle,
make a selection near the bottom of your image.
Flood Fill the selection with a color from your scenic graphic.
Selections, select none.
Effects, Plugins, Photo Effex, Scanlines, default settings.
Change the Blend Mode to Screen.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, 3D Soft Color #1.
Save as a jpg.
