This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted couple tube and a misted flower tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from your couple tube, make a gradient, Sunburst, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, Unplugged Tools, Spiral, default settings. Apply this twice.
Add a New Layer, add your misted flower tube, Lower the Opacity to about 28.
Effects, PhotoEffex, Scanlines, default settings.
Layer, Duplicate, Image Mirror, Image Flip.
Add a New Layer, add your misted couple tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Add a New Layer, add some text on each side of your image.
Add a new Layer, add your name.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel light colored border, add a 2 pixel dark colored border, add a 2 pixel light colored border.
Effects, Plugins, Filters Unlimited, Buttons and Frames, Glass Frame #1, with these settings...

Save as a jpg.
