Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted scenic tube and a misted woman tube of your choice.
Choose a dark color from your misted scenic tube, flood fill your new image with this color. Effects, Plugins, Two Moon, Wish
it would rain, default settings. Adjust, Add/Remove noise, Add Noise, uniform, monochrome checked, set on 16.
Add a New Layer, add your misted scenic tube. Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add your misted woman tube.
Add a New layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Selections, select all, selections, contract by 5. Effects, 3D Effects, chisel, set on 2, solid color, white.
Save as a jpg.
