Lightning Effect
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 400 x 400.
Choose a misted graphic of your choice.
Flood Fill your New Image with white.
Paste your misted graphic as a New Layer.
Add a tube if you'd like.
Add your name and watermark.
Layers Merge visible.
Now Effects Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Lightning, with these settings...
Edit copy and Paste as New Animation in Animation Shop.
Back in PSP, Edit,
undo lightning, now Effects Lightning again but this time with these
settings...
Edit copy, now go to Animation Shop, Edit Paste After Current Frame.
Change Frame properties to 35 on both frames.
Save as a gif.
