Faded Memories
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose tubes of your choice.
Choose two colors from one of your tubes to make a gradient, Linear, Angle 45, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your new image with your gradient.
Effects, Filters Unlimited, Paper Textures with these settings...
Add a New Layer, add your first tube, change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Add a new Layer, add your second tube.
Add a New Layer, add your third tube, change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Lower the Opacity to about 52.
Add a New Layer add some text, rotate it 25 degrees to the left.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Image Resize by 85 percent.
Save as a jpg.
