This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a new Image 600 x 400.
Choose two misted people tubes and one large misted flower tube.
Choose two colors from one of your tube, make a gradient, Linear, angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood fill your new image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, PhotEffex, scanlines, default settings.
Add a new layer add one of of your misted people tubes.
Add a new Layer, add your other misted people tube.
Lower the Opacity on this layer to about 74.
Add a new layer, add your large misted flower tube.
Lower the Opacity to about 54.
Add a new layer, add some text.
Add a new layer, using your selection tool set to rectangle, make a selection at the bottom, flood fill with color or gradient of your choice.
Effects, Plugins, PhotoEffex, Scanlines, default settings.
Deselect.
Add a new layer, add your name.
Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light, add a drop shadow.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Save as a jpg.
