Sex and The City

This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.

This is what we will be making...

Open a New Image 600 x 400.

Choose a misted tube of a city and a misted couple tube of your choice.

Flood Fill your New Image with Black or a dark color from your misted city tube.

Add a New layer, add your misted city tube.

Add a New Layer, add your misted couple tube. Lower the Opacity to about 38.

Click on your background layer. Using your selection tool set to rectangle, make a selection at the

top of your image like mine below.

Effects, Plugins, VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes with these settings...

Selections, select none.

Add a New Layer, add some text.

Add a New Layer, add your name.

Click on your misted city layer. Lower the Opacity to about 56.

Layers, Merge Visible.

Add a 2 pixel border.

Edit, Copy.

Open Animation Shop. In Animation Shop, Paste as a New Animation.

Back in PSP, Edit Undo add border.

Change the Opacity on your misted city layer to about 74.

Layers, Merge Visible.

Add a 2 pixel border.

Edit, Copy.

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame.

Back in PSP, Edit Undo add border.

Change the Opacity on your misted city layer to about 100.

Layers, Merge Visible.

Add a 2 pixel border.

Edit, Copy.

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame.

Change the frame properties on all frames to 50.

Save as a gif.
