Snow Fairy
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 500 x 400.
Choose a tube of your choice.
Choose a light color from your tube. Flood Fill your New Image with your color.
Effects, Plugins, Mura Meister Cloud with theses settings...
Add a New Layer, add your tube.
Effects, Plugins, Unplugged Effects, Snow set at 1.
Add a New layer, make a selection using your selection tool set to rectangle on the right hand side of your image.
Flood Fill with a dark color from your tube. Selections, select none.
Effects, Plugins, Toadies, What are you, with these settings... 20, 20. Apply this Effect twice.
Add a New Layer, add your name and watermark.
Layers merge visible.
Add a 5 pixel border.
Save as a jpg.
