Let it Snow
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
VDL Adrenaline Filter Needed.
Open a New Image 500 x 400.
Choose a misted winter tube.
Flood Fill your New Image with white.
Add your tube as a New Layer.
Add a New Layer, add your Name and watermark.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Now go to Effects, VDL Adrenaline, Snowflakes with these settings...
Edit Copy, open Animation Shop, Paste as New Animation.
Back in PSP, Edit undo snowflakes, now Effects VDL Adrenaline,
Snowflakes with these settings...
Edit Copy, now in Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame.
Save as a gif.
