Wishing On The Stars Up Above

Open a New Image 600 x 400.

Choose a misted scenic tube and a misted couple tube of your choice.

Choose two colors from your misted scenic tube, make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.

Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.

Add a New Layer, add your misted scenic tube. Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, default settings.

Add a New Layer, add your misted couple tube. Lower the Opacity to about 58.

Add a New Layer, add some text. Change the Blend Mode to Overlay. Add a drop shadow.

Add a New Layer, add your name.

Click on your gradient layer, it should be your first layer. Effects, Plugins,  Alien Skin Xenofex 2, Constellation

with these settings...

Layers, Merge Visible. Add a 2 pixel border. Edit, Copy.

Open Animation Shop,  Paste as New Animation.

Back in PSP, Edit Undo add border, Edit, undo Constellation.

Click on your gradient layer, Effects, Plugins,

Alien Skin Xenofex 2, Constellation, same settings as before, just change the Random Speed to 4533.

Layers, Merge Visible. Add a the same 2 pixel border as before. Edit, Copy.

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame.

Edit, select all, change your frame properties to 50.

Save as a gif.
